A considered cleaning programme for
Greenwood International School.
Consistent care for learning spaces. Clear supervision.
Service you can see and review.
Explore the proposed tasks by area. Frequencies and access windows will be agreed with the school before mobilisation.
The proposed core team is 12 women and four men, including two supervisors. ClarityClean will agree individual shifts, breaks and relief arrangements with the school before mobilisation.
Attendance windows do not establish individual working hours. Breaks, weekly rest, overtime and absence replacement must be resolved in the deployment roster. Both weekend days remain in scope.
Allocate work, inspect priority areas, manage supplies and respond to school requests.
ClarityClean reviews attendance, recurring issues and periodic work with the site team.
A named school representative agrees priorities and reviews service performance with us.
A proposed reporting workflow, demonstrated with fictional records. Choose an area, explore an inspection, then follow a sample issue through to review.
AI could help summarise service records, identify recurring issues and prepare draft reports. ClarityClean reviews recommendations before action. Chemicals, safety instructions and employment decisions stay under human control. The pilot is proposed, not deployed.
Clear methods and visible supervision underpin the programme. Reporting supports the inspection process.
Supervisors check priority areas daily. Missed tasks and failed inspections receive corrective actions. Weekly operations reviews and monthly school reviews address repeated issues. Acceptance thresholds will be agreed during mobilisation.
Agree access controls, staff identification, school safeguarding requirements and induction before starting. Secure chemicals, control wet-work areas and schedule disruptive work around school activity. Report hazards immediately and make the area safe.
Confirm suitable products, dilution, contact times and surface compatibility. Separate washroom and clinic tools from classroom equipment. Specialist access and waste handling require approved methods and clearly agreed responsibilities.
The pilot would use area codes and cleaning records. Student identities, clinic records, CCTV and facial recognition are outside scope. Access, hosting and retention require school agreement before live use. Manual reporting remains available.
Commencement depends on an agreed scope, staffing readiness and school access. The reporting pilot can begin in a small number of approved zones.
Confirm scope and roster, survey condition, approve methods, induct staff and commission equipment.
Record tasks and requests. Inspect results. Trial digital reporting in two or three agreed zones.
Review recurring issues and reporting effort. Test human-reviewed AI summaries against the records.
Evaluate results with the school and agree whether wider rollout is useful.
Our proposed annual service fee is AED 1,380,000 before VAT, equivalent to AED 115,000 per month for 12 months. We welcome a meeting to discuss your priorities, review the scope and negotiate mutually acceptable commercial terms while maintaining the agreed service standards.
